Firstly, the 2015/16 project has been implemented within the framework of the new erasmus Charter and its requirements which ENSA Strasbourg has integrated with respect to both outgoing (for example, the redefinition of selection critera with particular focus on scholarship students) and incoming mobility (for exmaple, trough implementation of an intensive French course that is free for incoming students, the signature of an agreement wxith the CROUS to provide housing...). Moreover, given the emerging unemployment situation among young graduates in architecture, ENSAS has set two key objectives for european student mobility : - develop employability skills by reinforcing styudy mobility and increasing internship mobility -improve language skills Participation in study mobility has remained relatively stable in recent years. A strengthened policy in terms of language preparation for mobility (agreement with the Language School of university of Strasbourg and the establishment of a free intensive course during the February holidays) combined with students continuing for follow language courses during their mobility and aided by the language immersion, has produced convincing results : all students progressed up one level. In conclusion, the strenghtening of pedagogical, professional and language skills is effective and should translate into more attractive recruitment profiles.
