In the academic year 2015-2016 Tischner European University (TEU) in Cracow implemented the Erasmus+ project which included activities undertaken between 1st June 2015 and 30th September 2016 (16 months). As a result, the university has completed 25 mobilities: 10 student mobilities for studies, 9 student mobilities for traineeships and 6 staff mobilities for training. The student mobilities were undertaken by the students of English Philology and Management. Moreover, in the framework of the project TEU hosted 17 foreign students for studies and 1 teaching staff member for teaching. The project has a positive impact on personal and professional development of all participants through a possibility of living, learning and acquiring new skills in the international community. The project participants gained not only a new knowledge and practical skills, but also broadened their social competences in terms of self-development, social relations, independence and socio-ethical responsibility. They have developed their ability to acclimatize in the new, multicultural evironment and also strengthened their attitude of oppenness and tolerance towards other cultures. What is more, the TEU staff mobilities improve the quality of the teaching offer and have a positive impact on its functioning. Tischner European University highly appreciates the values offered by the Erasmus+ Program, especially a possibility for experiences exchange between the partner universities.
