ELBA mobility consortium consists of the universities of Almeria and Jaen and is coordinated by Fundación Mediterránea de la Universidad de Almería. The main objective of this consortium has been the training on entrepreneurial skills and the international mobility. It has performed mobility activities of 19 university graduates for internships in companies in countries of the European Union. The main objectives of ELBA have been the specialization and employability of graduates and the practical training and the first contact with the labor market for new graduates , the development of language , multicultural capabilities and greater European awareness among young people , the ability of international mobility , new research - company relationships , promoting lifelong learning, mobility , social cohesion and active citizenship and the acquisition of key competences for lifelong learning. Expected results of the ELBA mobility consortium include increasing the level of employability of participants , the significant improvement of the participants in other languages , boosting transparency and recognition of qualifications and competences acquired ( formal and informal ) , quality placements and increased cooperation between higher education institutions and the labour world .
