This project has been an important step to internationalization that our school is having in recent years. With the experience of previous projects, we want to improve the skills and opportunities offered to our students. We want to carry out the project, mainly for two reasons : 1. First, the human and linguistic development that an exchange can bring to students. 2. Furthermore, the project is directly aimed to employability in rural areas. The implication of our school in the economy development of the agricultural sector is very important because we are located in a rural place. "EFA La Malvesía" has trained farmers and forestry workers for over 40 years. Through this project, students will significantly improve the quality and efficiency of competences. They will implement the professional skills and further will develop their skills in the best place, the workplace. As a result of the work needs of rural areas that it is disadvantaged , the students with their new language and professionals skills will be better prepared to avoid a situation of unemployment. At the moment , we have a tragic labor situation in Spain . Therefore, the objective of the project aims to remedy the work problems of young people and this project would provide that our country needs. Involvement with their jobs in the host country will make them develop responsibility and commitment. In addition , the opportunity to undertake part of their training abroad students will increase their entrepreneurship in the agricultural and forestry sector. In the mobilities , students will acquire learning of the "Training at Work" subject. The acquired training is credited through ECVET and Europass Mobility Certificate . The concrete actions of the project were: - Meetings to explain the project. October 2014 - Personal tutorials with the candidates. The objective was to guide the stagement. November 2014 to March 2015 - Linguistic preparation: All students have received conversation classes. From November 2014 to February 2015 They also did OLS assessment and course. From January to April 2015 - Cultural training course. They were transmitted from the countries of destination and the chosen companies. March 2015 - Mobilities of two students in the months of April, May and June 2015: One was in Poland in the company Agroturystyca Brzoza a school pellets Kracov area and another student went to the company SAGEA SR Center saggi SRL agricultural research from Italy. The expected results were the same of the goal that 43 years ago was born the school, the development and training for rural people. With the mobility, we expecte significant growth in the personal, professional and linguistic skills and they acquire a maturity and independence that only a stagemnt abroad can bring. At the end, participants will increase their employability and social and professional integration. Finally, at the school, we is expected a great impact at the end of the project. The partners will earnn experience on the vocational training system of the different countries involved (Spain, Poland and Italia). This will allow us to continue improving our system of dual training.
