La Laboral Secondary School has thirteen years of experience participating in European programs which facilitate mobility for our students to do their training ship in workplaces in other European countries. This action responds to the internationalization plan of school, which also introduced a bilingual program at secondary level for eight years and during 2015-16 has introduced the Erasmus program also for Vocational Training studies. The objectives of this project were: • Improving the quality of training of our school. • Support for employability of our students who are part of a social group, young people at risk of discrimination in employment. • Development and internationalization of the economic fabric of our region by offering labor market professionals trained for this purpose. • Help building a European social and civic consciousness. There have conducted two mobility activities for trainees: one to UK and another one to Italy. Both are students of Higher Education belonging to the higher level of Vocational Training. The result has been very satisfactory and the impact caused on them has been very high; the long-term benefits will fall to the social and economic development of our region and Europe.
