The project was aimed at further enhancing the internationalization of relations Metropolitan University Prague (MUP) and the activities were mainly focused on the mobility of students to study abroad, internships, as well as for educational programs for teachers and, last but not least, the training for administrative staff . All these mobility were implemented on the basis of previously concluded bilateral agreements with partner universities. The administrative staff of 4 employees of MUP was organizing all mobility activiteis. Mobility of students were open to students of bachelor's, master's and doctoral degree programs among teachers, mostly young teachers participated. A total of 142 students were sent to study abroad, 51 internships and 11 teachers and 9 MUP administratibe staff. For students mobility are bringing benefits of new experiences gained from studying or in practical internships for teachers it is the greatest asset in the possibilities of practical training abroad and gain experience and new ideas for other teaching methods and other activities. Employees gain experience of working foreign universities in the field of international relations and the work of the faculties. For all participants of the project was significant and linguistic benefits of participation in mobilities.
