The Erasmus+ learning mobility project of the Technological Education Institution of Western Macedonia was successfully completed and the achievements exceeded our expectations. All original quantitative and qualitative objectives of the project were met in line with the institutional strategy for high quality education, innovation and European cooperation. The TEI of Western Macedonia surpassed the target of 50 participants, by actually sending 56, 25 of which were female and 31 male. The original objectives for outbound mobility concerned 16 students for studies, 18 students for traineeships, 8 staff members for teaching and 8 staff members for training. Finally, participation increased to 20 students for studies, 19 students for traineeships, 4 staff members for teaching and 13 staff members for training. The impact of the project on our Institution and on other Institutions and individuals throughout Europe was very strong. The project helped our Institution to achieve higher academic quality, to meet its goals and to raise its profile. Moreover, it created new opportunities, helped to develop new partnerships for the future at European and international level and to influence future policy and practice. Project results also served as examples, inspired others, increased awareness of the opportunities offered by the programme and highlighted the European added value of activities supported by Erasmus+.
