The RCSM of Madrid is a higher education institution in which formation of students and improvement of the faculty acquires special relevance due to our particular features of our activity as musicians. From the beginning of this project, and since from that moment we are a new board of directores, we want to achieve greater involvement of the educational community. Every year we increase the effort to enable the formation of students and faculty and that is reflected in increasing exchanges and mobilities that we are getting From the conservatory we would like to enhance exchange programs with both students and teachers; relationships with other European institutions; information exchanges with the mentioned above, and anything that may benefit students as well as faculty, given that we understand exchanges as a basic element for the personal and global development of a musician. Since in most cases the classes are individual, it is more complicated to incorporate our students to other foreign centers. 15 students and 6 teachers, both incoming and outgoing, have enjoyed exchanges during this project. All of which from instrumental specialties that have expressed full satisfaction with the possibility of which are arranged. We are proud to say that this figure is increasing in later projects.
