The "mobility of learners and workers " was conducted by Powiślański College in Kwidzyn,all goals were achieved. Results were bigger than were expected. The number of mobility has been realized. Students of all faculties and administrative staff are very interested in the project.. The project involved 17 students who have completed the practice abroad(students of II and III year of the Faculty of Management, Faculty of Economics, specialty Economics management and accounting, Labour Economics and Management of human resources, Economics of SMEs) and 7 teachers, who have completed lectures at the partner universities and 12 administrative stuff who have completed training mobility in the partner institutions. The results and impacts of the project should be understood as short-term benefits and long-term benefits. Short-term results - an increase of knowledge and skills of participants, the long-term - growth of the university in local market; better adaptation of participans to the requirements of the labor market.Becouse of thi programme we can buit a good make of our College in a long term.
