Erasmus+ program KA103 enabled the first cycle of students at College of Applied Sciences “Lavoslav Ružička” in Vukovar (VEVU) to take a part in studies and /or to carry out professional practice in foreign higher education institutions and companies as well as teachers and administrative staff to benefit from mobility, job shadowing, conducting lectures or participating in trainings. Throug the mobility students aquire language and inter-cultural skills and gain soft skills, highly valued by future employers. Staff get a wider perspective in education or exchange knowledge with colleagues in another country and get aquainted with good practices in work. Althouth, measures taken by VEVU allow participation of students and staff in mobility, unfortunately, neither of them did not use those opportunities. College of Applied Sciences “Lavoslav Ružička” in Vukovar regrets that projects did not realize outgoing or incoming mobility. For that reason in this year VEVU administration and new Erasmus coordinator started from the beginning with implementation of mobility process in order to achive objectives from VEVU Erasmus policy Statement and the objectives relating to internationalization and mobility from the Development Strategy of VEVU for 2016-2020.
