Context and backgroun of the project The Conservatory of Trento has always considered the importance of the Erasmus program and more when it was open to possibilities in the university world. The reasons are human in the interchange, learning and language level. The Conservatory with its specific characteristics, presents a unique context, as providing for the selection of the partners institutions in the acceptance of candidates. Students, through the years, have been able to realize the importance on intercultural phenomenon and integration, the European Commission proposes and carries though the different institutions. The trought of a Europe united in diversity and respect for the traditions of different countries, no doubt is thinking toward a better future, in education, integration and civilization. Objctives a) Human exchange and artistic cultural permanent; b)Exchange in diversity; c) permanent search for integration, without losing identity; d) Knowledge of different music achools in Europe and worlwide. Number and Type / profile of Participants Erasmus mobility- students- teachers- Staff The participation of mobile students for study and internship and faculty and staff mobility, have demonstrated the interest and participation of our institution ( small but well-organized), in promoting this important reality of exchange and training and human wealth. The corrisponed profile to the highest degree of selection. Quality is the dominant element whit its own characteristics of each individual. The institution, on his side, makes a very clear and transparent selection, the students who will give response to the profile of human and artistic excellence. Description of activities undertaken Festival " La Via dei Concerti" In this edition, he has joined one hundred (100) students from reality European partners (Spain, Portugal, Hungary...), and non- European (Colombia, Mexico, USA). During thirty (30) days, in the summer, young people selected under the guidance of professors and experts masters, they could achieve a massive human confrontation and artistic, integrating into a single orchestral and choral reality, creating more than ten (10) concerts in major italian cities ( Trento, Verona, Piacenza, Cremona, Milan, Naples, Florence, Rome...) on these occasions presenting the interesting composer Osvaldo Golijov " The St. Mark Passion"; eight (8) days of preparation as twenty-two (22( days of itinerant Festival. PIANO_LAB Students from five (5) partner institutions (Spain, Portugal. Austria, Turkey, Germany), with very important teachers and students sensitive, realized a meeting of study and concerts, offering the possibility of a deep human exchange and musical (piano). The meeting ends after the master class, with a serious of events from concerts professors and students, making it possible for the later, to approach the professional world, and to the audience, to feel closely the hearbeat of the new generations of European Musicians. The encounter takes place in our Conservatory of Trento and Riva del Garda. LABsax Under the guidance of our teachers, during a week, students from the classes of Europena partner institutions and not (Italy, France, Germany, China, Taiwan, Costarica, Finland...), come together in mutual understanding of styles and repertoires from around the world. A real Saxophone's Orchestra becpmes the present, giving the opportunity to the public to recognize and appreciate an unknown repertoire (in many cases), and new and fascinatig sonority!
