The main objective of the project was to expand the international cooperation and exchange of students and employees in the field of education. The project included the mobility of 6 students, 3 for studies and 3 for internship and exchange of university staff, including 3 people for training and 3 teachers to conduct the classes. In total, the university had to realise 12 mobilities. Due to the high interest of the students the University moved the costs between categories of the budget and realized the additional mobility. Through to additional funding for disabled people the University realised one mobility within the framework of the grant from POWER. The project was aimed to daily and extramural students of Bachelor and Master degree. The university also actively encouraged students to participate in the project through leaflets, social media, and information posted in the informational board at the university. As a part of the procedure The Selection Committee emerged the people who have been qualified for the participation in the internatonal exchange. The University recognize the mobility after completion of all documents and formalities.The students who participated in the mobilities have the opportunity to gain new experience and knowledge of other cultures. In the future, this experience will be an important element which help them find a good job. The alumnus who will start their career path thanks to participation in the project will have experience and additional skills which he can use in his profession. Also, university employees have the opportunity to improve their professional qualifications and language which is important during the hosting of the foregin stundents and lecturers. The university deepened the process of internationalization by participating in the project, and thus developed a network of partner' universities. The basic goals and objectives of the project have been achieved and the University made good use of the given opportunities and funding of the project. Through participation in the project professional and personal benefits of the staff and students exceeded expenditures. What is more, the project helped to increase the prestige of the University on the international arena.
