Our project Erasmus + at the University of Security Management in Košice has very good impact on students and also to the staff of the school. Thanks to the Erasmus + are our students and staff the opportunity to learn new languages, travel abroad, learn new things, creating new cooperation to address common projects. At this time we are working with more than 35 universities and colleges across Europe. Our aim is to especially students graduated student mobility and internships abroad. The greatest interest is the country of the Czech Republic and Poland, also thanks to the fact that our languages ​​are related, and students have no problem with the language barrier. Within this project, 13 students traveled abroad (internship 4 and 9 of the study) and 9 employees (4 to 5 on teaching and training). We set number of mobilities achieved. It is preceding the selection process in which they are levied students and staff. We then approached the foreign institutions to students. Employees of the school where they wish to go themselves contacted to arrange a term mobility. Students have largely sent for 3-4 months and employees in 3-5 days. All completed mobility were of great benefit to students, staff such as for the whole school. In the future, we would like to gradually increase the number of mobility.
