This project took place in a rather peculiar context. Indeed, we had to transform the Erasmus project into Erasmus +. That new version of the project benefited from a lot of advertisement, and as a result we received a higher number of application, both from incoming and outgoing students. Our main goal, in that delicate and complex situation, was to do our best to ensure that students and teachers as well would be the least bothered by the many problems we encountered and the delays it created. We tried, all year long, to adapt to the new project, by enhancing our already efficient working methods. We tried to adjust to the new tools the project brought, such as the Mobility Tool or the new mobility kit. Furthermore, we had to renew all our agreements to make them fit the new forms. Alter Ego, a project that Lyon 2 created to give a cultural side to the mobility process, was a success. We encountered some difficulties, especially the problem we had with the grant, that was given to the student very late due to a miscalculation during the financial report of the mid project. Although the results are not perfect, we managed to upgrade our system and our working habits and to find efficient solutions. Students and teachers who took part in the project were rather satisfied, which is a good proof that the project is a success. We had the possibility, during the project, to strengthen our links with both local and foreign partners, thanks to the staff week we organized with the universities of our area and the help of our regional institution.
