The CIPFP Blasco Ibanez has 4 SMP mobilities and one STT mobility within the K103 project. The objective of mobility for students is to make the FCT, or Job Training Centres in a European destination. This project is a very beneficial opportunity for students. First, students have a European experience leveraging the EU. Secondly they have a meeting with the world of work away from their normal relationships, knowing a labor market related to your field other than their country of origin and improving your resume work for better employment. Third they use a language other than their own language, not only in the workplace, but in everyday life. During this project, 50% of students have enjoyed an SMP mobility have been hired by the company at the end of their internship. The STT mobility assigned to a teacher of CIPFP Blasco Ibanez took place in Paris, France. The teacher enjoyed a job shadowing in a center in which training courses are taught among other teachings. In it, he watched the organization of the center, classrooms, workshops, student practices. everything related to teaching practice to keep good policy ideas that can be implemented in our school
