Higher education student and staff mobility project

1 History We obtained the charter in 2012 within the framework of the program EFTLV and introduced the mobilities of internship(training course) of the students and education(teaching) for the formative frames(executives). The university Charter Erasmus + was granted to the IFSI (Institute of Training(Formation) in Care of the sick) holy Paris joseph in 2014, what allows to participate in the activities of the program Erasmus within the framework of the program Erasmus +, schedule(program) 2014 2020 of the European Commission regarding education and regarding training(formation). 2 Objectives Within the framework of the priority objective of the project of establishment of the IFSI Paris Saint Joseph which is the construction of the professional identity of the students: the open-mindedness, the autonomy, the adaptability, the knowledge of one and its clean(appropriate) resources, the knowledge of the cultures and the health systems are personal wealth which participate in the construction of the personality and the essential skills of the profession of male nurse. The international strategy of the IFSI aims at developing the European and international mobility, in countries in normal vigilance according to the criteria of safety(security) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, for: - Promote the development of the European consciousness of the students to favor their membership(s 3 Number and type / profile of the participants: 2 students in care of the sick ( ESI) of 23 years. One in half-year 4 (promotion(class) 2013-2016) and one in half-year 5 (promotion(class) 2012-2015) 4. Realized activities: 2 mobilities of internship(training course) of 10 weeks each in service(department) of palliative care within the Hospital center of Wallonia Picardy in Turned(Shot) in Belgium. To prepare this mobility each developed a project containing a description of the health system of the country, the reception center(arrangements) as well as the pursued personal objectives and the skills to be validated. These projects were validated by the committee(commission) of eligibility of the IFSI. They were thus able to realize acts and activities of care compared to the skills and the fixed objectives. A student chose of this mobility to strengthen her theoretical and legislative knowledge and develop her MFE from a situation of call(appeal) and a survey(investigation) realized partially within the service(department) of welcome(reception). Sound 5. Results(profits) and impacts: The student in half-year 4 validated 7 skills, reached the fixed goals and was admitted in 3rd year. She confirmed that this mobility consolidated its professional project. She(it) also developed her(its) MFE from a situation of call(appeal) lived during her(its) mobility. His(her,its) MFE deals with the suffering of the nursing and with the patients at the end of life. This mobility allowed him(her) to modify its representations of the palliative care, to learn on the management of the feelings of the nursing and to deepen(fathom) its limits in the relation to the other one. She(it) was made sensitive in the rational use of the budget for one quality care.
