Higher education student and staff mobility project
Start date: Jun 1, 2014, End date: Sep 30, 2015 PROJECT  FINISHED

Thanks to the Erasmus+ program, our institution was able to increase the qualification level of future graduates by allowing them to carry out an academic stay abroad. During this year, thirteen students have benefited from an Erasmus grant. These mobilities allowed them to discover other habits, other ways of living, studying and working. For some, it was a real discovery of what exists elsewhere, who they are and what they want. Two of them returned and packed their suitcase again to enjoy a new opportunity: an internship for one in Sweden and in Denmark for the other. These newly created links between businesses and the teachers involved in these mobilities generate new ideas - ie: updating the lectures content and by doing so optimizing our education and making it more in tune with the job market. Four lecturers were also able to benefit from the Erasmus+ program to teach abroad ; improved their practices and enriched the content of their syllabus. Three others preferred to confront their views on training methods during a workshop on the subject. These training missions often lead to fruitful cooperation which may take the form of new opportunities for students and staff or lead to the development of a new project.
