In 2014, the organization was awarded with Erasmus chart, with the initial target of increase motivation and job opportunities of the students. After that, the decision to ask for student mobilities was taken. After being granted, the project is to organize the stay of three students awarded with Erasmus+ mobility grants in the city of Cork (Ireland) to do a traineeship in a company, within the curriculum of the Telecommunicactions and Computers training course, for three months. These actions had to be managed: - Searching and agreements with companies to students training period. - Lodging management. - Weekly monitoring of student activities in the companies. - Reports management. The results have been succeded, every student have finished their training periods, and they have managed to wide their job opportunities, and improve their languaje level too. There are some aspects to improve, as the selection of host companies, that we think we can optimize in the next call. In the long term, we want to extend the mobilities to VET (Vocational and Education Training) and staff. Then, we want to make agreements with U.K. organizations and companies to develop training actions.
