The project supported Student Training Mobility (Internships) and Staff Training Mobility between BBI-Lux, based in Luxembourg and partner countries. The internships are part of the curricula of the BA and MA students of BBI-Lux and last from 3 months to 12 months. They are awarded ECTS and are relevant for the final diplomas. Internships took place in 10 EU countries. Students population of BBI is international; Students of 12 different nationalities participated in the SMP. All students are eligible to apply for an E+ Grant for training or study exchange as far as their application fits the E+ criteria and the BBI criteria for training placements or study exchanges. Main objective of the training placements is the development of practical competencies and skills based on the theory of the courses. Beside this, the students get in relation with international hotels, their main job partners after graduating from BBI. Due to these contacts and the practical experience gained during the training periods, 95% of the students get job offers as soon as they finish the school. 5 Teachers participated in STT activities to discuss and set up agreements for study exchanges with partner universities in view of double diplomas.
