Juraj Dobrila University of Pula has taken part in the Erasmus program in 2010th. Last 4 years showed that Erasmus supported our university internationalization significantly. Financial support and program structure helped in the development of international partner network. Erasmus individual mobility for students main objective is to offer them possibility to spend part of their studying period abroad. Seventeen students realized study program mobility. This year we had one placement mobility and tend to increase it in the future. Biggest ratio of outgoing mobilities comes from Faculty of Economics and Tourism. Student benefit notably by improving their language skills, adopting new courses and learning techniques as well as independence when living in a new community and culture.Regarding staff mobility this year we had higher number of staff training comparing to teaching mobilities. Ten staff training and eight teaching mobilities. 50% of staff training mobilities was performed by teaching staff. Reason for that was that professors wanted to improve their knowledge about course structures, ECTS and new teaching techniques from our European partners.
