For over 10 years the Conservatory "Verdi" has invested on the issue of internationalization participating in various projects such as Erasmus and Working With Music. Our experience has shown that these opportunities given to students in many cases have offered job opportunities that otherwise would not have been caught. Comparison with different institutional realities also allowed comparisons about teaching model and how to run Conservatory in every field, both practical and technical. During the AA 2014/15 participants to the Erasmus+ Program have been: 2 students of higher courses SMS, 2 professors for teaching staf and 1 regular professor for staff training. In addition, the study experiences have been completed with those of working Italian experience of Working With Music, which since last year has been absorbed by Erasmus + as placement opportunities immediately after graduation. The Conservatory "Verdi" hosted four students came from other European institutions, two of which have decided to stay permanently in the institution to complete their studies.
