Mobility under Erasmus+ is beneficiary for the Academy of MoI since it provides opportunity to cadets and staff to realize exchange with counterparts from similar training institutions offering education in the field of law enforcement/police, border guards, fire fighters, etc/. Actions under the programme serve as a base for further bilateral cooperation. In 2014/2015 the Academy of MoI has signed Interinstitutional agrements with the Main School of Fire Service in Poland, Estonian Academy of Security Sciences and Police Academy in Prague. Our partners have showed great professionalism, hospitality and true assistance during our cadets or staff mobility. Due to organizational issues we missed to realize several mobilities with the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences. However, we managed to send two cadets in Tallinn, Estonia and received one trainer from Tallin. Cooperation with Poland has proved really effective because we initiated closer bilateral cooperation between the institutions. The National Agency (Center for Development of Human Resources) has always provided the necessary assistance whenever needed. After returning from their mobility cadets, trainers and staff disseminated their experience. Information with pictures were published on the internet web site of the Academy of MoI thus providing greater awareness. Incoming mobility was also publicly denoted. The leadership of the Academy is inclined to incorporate good expereience and best practices into the training process and curricula /whenever possible/. Since the Academy of MoI is a national coordinator of CEPOL activities, we participate actively in the CEPOL/EPEP /exchange programme for police officers/ which is based on the Erasmus programme. Knowing the mechanism of the Erasmus+ programme help us to a great extent to complete actions under EPEP. Recently we have concluded five interinstitutional agrements /Main School of Fire Service in Poland, Estonian Academy of Security Sciences and Police Academy in Prague, Police Academy in Bratislava and Police Academy in Sczytno, Poland/. Based on our bilateral coopartion with Romania we expect to enlarge our scope of partners. Concerning the transfer of records our institution recognizes fully or partially credits depending on the chosen subjects. Feedback from participants help us making slight changes to the organization and realization of the programme so that to improve our capabilities.
