Internationality is an essential part of our strategy thus we aim at providing both our students and staff with an international experience. So far our students have only done two-month internships in European countries (the UK and Finland) but we would love to implement study mobilities in the years to come. Both types of mobilities are a great way to acquire technical as well as soft skills, especially for students who come from a disadvantaged background.
Secondly, a great importance is also given to staff mobility: we aim at giving them the opportunity to acquire knowledge and exchange experiences with their European counterparts. Job-shadowing has been our main practice so far but teaching mobilities are to be encouraged too.
Since 2010, we have been part of an international organisation, InnMain, which has provided us with contacts with partners all over Europe and has offered us opportunities for exchanges. In the future, we aim at increasing the diversity and quality of mobilities, both for our staff and students. Incoming mobilities will be encouraged.
