HT 16 will be a follow up of a long projects’ series, started since 2009, building the Here There Program, the only one project promotib cultura diversity for the Romanian kids. So, for one year starting with 1st of August, 8 volunteers from 8 countries of UE will develop a large spectrum of activities targeted for kids and young people with few opportunities from schools, kindergarden, social centers, from Bucharest and many rural areas. The volunteers’ selection target young people with geographic, etnic, social, familial or economic problems.AIM- HT16 promote European values of cultural diversity in the formal education and to promote for young people democratic values, active citizenship and volunteeringOBJECTIVES1. Development of a tolerant attitude trough the improvement of their social cultural competencies increasing the awareness of the personal cultural identity for all HT 16 beneficiaries (8 EVS volunteers, more than 200 teachers, 6000 kids between 3-11 years old)2. Development of the active citizenship, to the the level of all involved communities 1000 high scholl students (Bucharest, Oltenita, Codlea…etc, plus 8 more local communities of the sending organizationion involved in the projet3. Stimulating the crossectorial interaction between formal and nonformal fora. The all 8 volunters who can reach entrepreneurship, orientation and planning the cariere in education field competencies b. More than 200 teachers will receive a bigger intercultural experienteThe complex of the project’s activities can offer to the young EVS volunteers the chance to develop competencies for socio educative and clinic animation using a methodology nspired by different arts.The result of the educational program Aici Acolo, realized also by this project in partnership with more than 60 schools, kindergartens and high schools will be to increase the quality of educational process at formal level. Romanian teachers will implement new and creative methods inspired from the volunteers, who will achieve them by taking part into the specialized training courses offered by A.C.T.O.R team or they will just get them from their own education system of their country. The project will continue to produce by the volunteers different video, audio or multimedia materials about cultural diversity which will be posted on the INTERNET and accessible for the teachers from all over the Europe. In addition, through the partnership with the institution under MENCS and Teacher Stuff Resource Center /Casa Corpului Didactic and by interacting with the volunteers, the teachers will gain competences of inter-cultural communication and cooperation. HT will continue to build a bridge between the formal and nonformal education with a large visibility in the community in general and in the educators’ community in special at the national level.
