The project aims at providing training for disadvantaged groups on the labour market by setting up the new professional profile "animator on an Eco farm", who will then work with the target groups identified in the project: disabled people and those with limited working abilities, mentally disabled people, elderly ones who are facing difficulties in job search, young people without completed formal education, organisations and institutions dealing with the above-mentioned targets. The project will develop educational programmes that will be implemented in three social enterprises within the partnership. The results will include new educational programmes for people disadvantaged on the labour market in order to increase their employability, a set of documents necessary for certification, three executive programmes envisaged for the social enterprise to be implemented throughout a concrete plan and an analysis of the different legislations and certification systems covered.
