Project Guide to Success is a trilateral youth exchange. The project was attended by 42 participants and leaders from Portugal, Lithuania and Poland. Theme of the project concerned the creativity and entrepreneurship, promotion of voluntary, social activity. Project activities have been prepared and implemented by all partners, participants actively participated in all stages of the project. The working methods chosen by us to achieve the objectives of the project were based on the principles of non-formal education - we used presentations, energizers, brainstorming, discussions, workshops, debates, happening. The participants gained new knowledge and skills, become more creative, open, socially active. The project allowed them to believe in their own strength, has opened many new opportunities in professional and social life. Youth exchange took place on 12-20 February in Bukowina Tatrzańska.
