The global impact of serious environmental problems is increasingly conscious for companies and employees. But despite all regulations and economic incentives, the main issue is a lack of coherent ideology surrounding organisational and corporate responses. Particularly environmental ethics could bring a significant contribution, to create the necessary awareness about the increasing responsibility in the globally growing influence of companies. The project’s main focus is on enhancing quality and performance of VET systems, improving information and guidance systems for green competence development and strengthening the European companies’ dimension in environmental ethics.The project aims to implement through “transfer of innovation” the innovative VET training system for workplace basic skills with ecological sustainability awareness regarding the shift of EU labour market towards smart and green jobs.The participating countries are Germany, Bulgaria, Italy, Slovakia and Turkey.
