In this project took part teachers from Primary School in Czasław. The most of the teachers who wanted to join project are experienced people, but open-minded and eager to wider their knowledge and enrich their methods of teaching. What is more the participation in this project gave them opportunity to travel to foreign country, got know new culture, habits, customs connected with the schools around the Europe. International teacher training course gave also opportunity to make friends from foreign countries. The experiences gathered after this mobilities have had huge influence on their personalities, self-esteem and point of view. They have had (maybe for the first time) possibility to feel like the citizens of Europe. Exchanging experiences with foreign teachers , participants of the course, who teach children in similar age to ours pupils, will gave us opportunity to compare school systems in our countries, brought to Poland the best part of European methods. We are using them in our daily work and share our knowledge and impressions with other teachers via the Internet. All these have had a huge impact on our school now and in the future. Our school is involved in a few international projects, the main point of these projects if focusing on our students linguistic and interpersonal competences. This project gace us a chance to improve ours ( teachers') linguistic and professional skills. The mobility was planned in holiday. It is the best choice, because we had free time, we don't need supply teachers. The teacher training in Poland wouldn't be able to fulfill teachers' need , so we applied for teacher training on Malta.
