Le projet vise à faciliter les voyages depuis lEspace Atlantique et à travers celui-ci, en utilisant une combinaison de transports publics locaux et de services de transport interrégionaux. Il sagit dune part, daméliorer les connexions entre les transports publics locaux et les aéroports, les embarcadères et les gares, et dautre part, de mettre en place des outils efficaces de planification et de réservation. Le travail de PARTNER est divisé en 7 volets, chacun étant dirigé par un partenaire différent. Chaque volet bénéficie de la participation de partenaires de cinq régions impliquées dans le projet.Le projet met en place les actions suivantes : Inventaire des transports public régionaux et de leurs connexions aux terminaux de transport international, mise en place de 15 projets pilotes et réalisation de 5 études démontrant les moyens daméliorer les connexions intermodales, mise en place de systèmes dinformation pour les voyageurs (standard, Internet), création dune marque espace atlantique pour linformation sur les voyages, mise en place dun forum transnational destiné aux autorités urbaines et régionales ainsi quaux aéroports régionaux. Achievements: - Constitution of groups to develop equestrian sports and leisure (public and private organisations in this sector in Spain and Portugal), - Creation of a particular analysis for each participating territory and a common analysis called "Market study of the European equestrian sector in the Atlantic territories participating in the PEGASO project" (enhancement of the equestrian tourism activity): leading to a European Diagnostic of the equestrian sector and its potential as a branch of economic development, - Creation of a guide "interregional development model. A procedure manual for enhancing the equestrian sector" – a unique model for enhancing tourism in the Atlantic territories integrating the PEGASO project, - Creation of a common training model named "Equestrian Tourism: A reality today and a promising future for business and the population" - Communication about Awareness Days of the Haute Direction for the Management of the Equestrian Heritage: Training meeting the High Quality and Advancement of institutional managers, - Research and business assignments, a collection to add to the training process of the project, encouraging a knowledge of the different jobs in the equestrian sector and different management practices, an exchange of experiences, the new markets and the business relations in the equestrian sector, - Implementation of a Cooperation Programme for the Atlantic Area - Creation of common promotional material for a visualisation by everyone of the rich equestrian heritage (225 tourist brochures disseminated in Spanish, approximately 70,000 copies of 6 scientific journals disseminated in Portuguese, English and Belgian) and numerous appearances on Spanish television and radio programmes between 2005 and 2007,
