The mobility program Erasmus 2015 of the Tourism Schools St. Johann in Tirol had set itself the aim of building up a network of European companies to promote the internationalization of training in European enterprises of our students. The objective of the project - to promote European key skills of trainees in tourism - was carried out by a mobility project by the respective students who completed their compulsory internship in a partner country. The students were able to draw with the participation in the project the following benefits: • Learning of practical and organizational work in the reception, accommodation and catering departments and in the administration and in the ancillary and incidental activities of hotels and restaurants • Knowledge of operations in hospitality • improving language skills and a better understanding of the local culture and mentality • greater independence • growing self-confidence, confidence in their own abilities • independent problem-solving skills
