The project aims to provide educators learning experience with the; “the usage of the Simulation Techniques in the Entrepreneurship Education " course in abroad. Nowadays, entrepreneurship is regarded as the key factor of solving the problems of economic development and employment. Applied entrepreneurship education aims to realize the points such as , the promotion of entrepreneurship ,the dissemination and the establishment of successful businesses. Those who benefit from the training, they gain the knowledge and experience to prepare business plans for their ideas in the bussiness field. However, monitoring and innovative training methods and technology should be used in order to have a successful entrepreneurship training to ensure the establishment and sustainability of SMEs to improve the quality and the high quality of this training. For that reason, it is very crucial that the educators giving the entrepreneurship education should be continously develop and improve themselves, to follow the innovative methods in this field both in Europe and in the world; an so that they can improve their information,skills and gain the experiences. On the porpose of the project aims there will be held the mobility for the traning of the educators and the trainers during December,2015 and April 2016 time period, in Germany with 14 participants in total. Educators will participate in a course named "Entrepreneurship Use of Simulation Techniques in Education" for 10 days. In the frame of the course,the issues will be dealt and discussed such as; an overall information about the country,the entrepreneurship training in the EU , the stimulation and the funds, innovative teaching methods, the use of simulation in entrepreneurship education, the commercial law and the financial management . Thus, it is aimed to contribute on the points; that the educators, to be more effective and efficient, become more equipped by having more experience in abroad besides their existing experience, the development and the sustainability of the entrepreneurship education. Besides this project will allow the educators develop themselves their language skills and to follow and experience the studies done in abroad by contacting the people working on the same profession. The target group who will lead the project is composed of the university which is leading and the pioneer on entrepreneurship education, NGOs,the public and the private institutions and the organizations. It is very importatnt that the pioneer and the leading instutions and the organizations take part in the project in terms of the promotion of the entrepreneurship education and stimulation and the dissemination. As a result of the project, a new perspective on entrepreneurship education in our country will ocur and the increase in the nature and quality of education through the use of the different and the innovative methods in training will be provided. Furthermore, the project will contribute to entrepreneurship education of people forming the successful and the sustainable entrprises.
