There are known many cases when new promising innovative ideas have arisen in minds of young people, in many forms difficult to foresee. The discovered shortage is that not receiving needed advice, support and finance, would-be-entrepreneurs are not able to get out of the ground and find their route to the market. It is therefore crucial to increase the support services available for such innovative idea holders by improving the range and quality of innovation intermediaries. Project aims at adapting and transferring to Poland, Belgium and Bulgaria an existing and successful training path developed in Italy, for would-be-enterpreneurs looking for start-up money. Programme is designed to support entrepreneurs in effectively shape and present their business idea to potential investors.The project addresses: directly as beneficiaries, Innovation Intermediaries (RDAs, BICs, Chamber of Commerce, BANs); and indirectly as end-users, would-be-entrepreneurs.Consortium: The practise holder is a consulting company which operates at international level on the field of knowledge based companies creation and it has strong expertise in managing seed capital funds and accelerating business. The transferee partners are public and private organizations which deals with knowledge based starts up and should facilitate the matching with financial operators in particular risk capital funds. Outcomes: Adaptation, transfer and sharing of a successful training model to other countries, where no similar programmes exist. Provision of tools and train the trainers on how to run the programme. Pilot testing and regional programmes fine-tuning.Impact: To create synergies among the key actors that should be involved in the process of facilitating knowledge-based start ups in accessing equity financing
