Within this long term EVS project in Jordan two Polish volunteers completed their service in Jordan (Radosław Mamoń for 9 months, Kamila Dudkiewicz for 12 months). The objective of this bilateral EVS project was to develop solidarity and promote tolerance among young people, in particular in order to foster social cohesion in the European Union and Middle East countries, to enhance youth mobility, offering voluntary service opportunities in a project dealing with free time activities in Jordan. The main volunteers activities were leading workshops and English lessons for local kids and in refugee camp, to organising educational activates in refugee camp, organising sport activities for kids and women and promote healthy lifestyle. Volunteers have brought positive change in camps in environment and helped local Jordanian develop their skills by participating in volunteers' activities. The project main results: better educated young people, more people involved in meaningful conversations about culture and better educated youth about EU and Middle East cooperation.
