This project is coordinated by InCo organization and sees the participation of Tallinn Sports and Youth Department (Estonia), KERIC (Slovakia); Itinerarie International (France). The idea came from 2 shared needs that emerged from all organizations: on one hand working on the topic of employment - most youngsters do not have a clear idea about their dreams: what the know, can, and want to do when they grow up. On the other hand the organizations wish to provide them a short term international experience, since a lot of youngsters would prefer to live one before thinking about participating to a longer project, like EVS. The project included 2 activities, which are: ad Advanced Planning Visit (activity n° 1) which aimed at defining into details the program of the Youth Exchange (activity n° 2). The objective was brought together youngster of different countries to discuss about the employability and working opportunities; at the same time, we wished to offer youngster an opportunity for international exposure of short duration of time. The topic was address through the methodology of non formal learning: we worked mainly on their self-assessment and self-consciousness, mostly as to their dreams, talents, and potential. The impact we reached is on a local and international level; besides what youngster had learned from the experience, we wished to reinforce the international network as well as the local one. To this end we will strenghthen the collaboration with local organizations dealing with youngsters with less opportunities, so in the future to be able to include them even more in international mobility projects.
