The participants (the target group Youth Workers) will be given via non formal learning activities right competences (attitudes, skills, knowledge) and via non - formal learning methods applied will discover how to help the young people identify what exactly they have learned not only at school , but also at other key moments in their lives. This is a valuable knowledge for Youth Workers to help make their young community people aware of their potential. A non formal learning (methods used: group work, sumulations, interactive activities, analysis of cases on videos, role play) will assist the target group to construct a practical toolkit encompassing clear guidelines for elaboration of an effective CV, Cover letter and will give the tips for job interview as well as how and where to look for it. Competition on the labour market is high so only the best are recruited. The activities of this project will envisage the importance of personal preparation before seeking to enter the job market and will explain practical steps that need to be done to prepare properly from the very beginning. The participants from different cultural and regional backgrounds will share with each other their experiences, thus the competence sharing and transfer gains importantce during this action.
