Our project is intended to 11th and 12th grade female students from Uydukent Kız Teknik ve Meslek Lisesi, Zübeyde Hanım Kız Teknik ve Meslek Lisesi ve Sandıklı Kız Teknik ve Meslek Lisesi. From our school’s Information Technologies field 8, from Beauty and Hair Care field 8, from Child Development field 8; from Sandıklı Kız Teknik ve Meslek Lisesi Information Technologies and Child Development fields 8 each, from Zübeyde Hanım Kız Teknik ve Meslek Lisesi Beauty and Hair Care 8; total 48 female students will be accompanied by 3 teachers from our school and 2 teachers from Sandıklı Kız Teknik ve Meslek Lisesi and 1 teacher from Zübeyde Hanım Kız Teknik ve Meslek Lisesi.
Our topics in the project content have been covering the areas that mainly women are employed. Potential business fields for our students graduating from Information Technologies field; computer technical service, companies/institutions giving maintenance and repair services. For students graduating from Child Development and Education; nursery, slots, kindergarten, preschool, rehabilitation centers and children clubs. Beauty and Hair Care graduations; can take part in beauty salons and institutes, skin care centers, hairdressers, hotels, theatre and television studios and similar businesses.
Recently became widespread “Qualified Intermediary Employee” expression, has become the agenda of educational institutions. Even thought our students are given theoretical and practical training to bring qualified intermediary employee features in their field, employment qualification competence is developing day by day in the market conditions. Our project is to head towards areas where women employment is concentrated due to our female students take place in disadvantaged groups in employment. In order to reach increased criteria in employment, our participants have to increase their experience and skills.
According to regional plan covering Afyonkarahisar, Kütahya, Manisa and Uşak provinces prepared by T.C. Zafer Kalkınma Ajansı (Development Agency) under the vision of “In development considering ecological balance that increases competiveness, produces added value, accelerates the process of development with knowledge based economy, has high self-confidence and quality of life, being a developing and learning region” between the years 2010-2014 financial and technical support programs are carried out. Thus, as a result of the investments made in our province, it is expected to expand employment opportunities. Considering that our project topics within knowledge based and producing added value sectors, Development Agency’s investments will reflect positively. Hence, workforce needed regarding with our fields, poses a situation in favor of our participants depending on the potential of our province and neighboring provinces. However, our participants is required to gain professional competence for employment. In the service sector, the importance of skilled and well trained staff is determining factor for employment. Providing the possibility of overseas internship with EU Lifelong Learning Program, our project will raise awareness for the needed professional, personal, cultural and linguistic development and will also contribute to our female students for being employed. Moreover, they will have the opportunity to make comparisons with our country by joining the European vocational training practices in place. As a result of that, it is expected occur that our students will create efforts to increase professional and personal development.

In the field of Information Technology between 09-02/22-02-2015 with 16 participants to United Kingdom,
In the field of Child Development and Education between 09-03/22-03-2015 with 16 participants to Macedonia,
In the field of Beauty and Hair Care Services between 06-04/19-04-2015 with 16 participants will take place in Lithuania.
For each activity action 2 teachers, total 6 attendant teachers will participate.
