In our project, for 3 weeks the mobility of 14 students from food-beverage department to Hungary and the mobility of 14 students from accommodation-travel department to Czech Republic will be performed. At each flow, there will be 2 companion teachers for students. Because of presence of the ancient city and revival of thermal tourism in recent years in the area where our school, investments have been started. These investments are done for accommodation places and restaurants mostly. Due to these investments, the personnel requirements are forming about food-beverage and accommodation-travel. Because our school is only school that gives education about these subjects, it obtains advantages. As a result, it is expected that our graduates can find job without any problems. However, they cannot find job because their knowledge, skills and practice are inadequate.Our school is located in area that has limited facilities and our students are the child of families that has low economy level. Because of limited facilities, our schools have difficulty in practice education. In last years, thanks to Akdede Family from Güdül and businesses, food-beverage and accommodation-travel workplaces are set up. Because our students have never gone anywhere except Güdül, our project that applied in Europe is so important in order to fulfil their practice deficiencies. The aims of our project are;• To improve professional knowledge, skills of our participants and to fulfil their practice deficiencies with 3week Europe training. • To provide having precedence about staff employment with acquired certificates.• To provide their improvement in foreign language skills • To provide social and cultural improvement and to adopt Europe culture.Our participants will be 11th and 12th class students. With the help of training activities and acquired certificates, they will have an advantage in sector. Also, their foreign language skill will improve. The horizon of our participants who have never been out of Güdül will be expanded and they will learn Europe culture. The cooperation with sector ability of our institution will increase and also, its education quality will increase. The capacity of our institution will be increased by transferring new methods that applied in host institutions. With raising popularity of our school, it will be one of the most preferred schools.When applying the project, our institution will form an executive committee. In addition to this committee, auxiliary committees will be formed. Our participants will make contacts with host cooperators and so, our project activities will be ensured. When applying the project, our institution will do activities with cooperator of Hitit Ayaş Termal Otel.
