The people in a country should be trained according to the needs of sectors and requirements of a society. Providing empolyability for these people in the fields they get specialized is the most critical and important aspect for the economy to be developed. Therefore, it is equally important that the students should have a spirit of an entrepreneur and thus a capability of creating their own opportunities at the professional ground. There is not definite explanation on entrepreneurship in the sense of whether it is an endowment or it is about to have skills that can be obtained later. However, we believe it is not a coincidence that todays leaders economy in the world are the countries who give the most important to the trainings of entrepreneurship in theri educational system.In her study on “Entrepreneurship Tarining in Turkey and World “ Bozkurt states that the entrepreneurship tarinings are provided even for children in primary and middle schools in USA and Europe whereas it is mostly provided to the students who go to university in Turkey. While Turkey is already in disadventegous position in this regard, also the contents are the trainings on the subject are unfortunetly not even close to the programs of leading universites in the world. The entrereneurship tarining in USA and Europe includes variety of subjects such as globalization, theory of crises and competition, bussiness and product development strategy, nano technology and so on. However, in Turkey, it is emphaised that the entrepreneurship trainings that are provided at higher education are restricted and insufficient. In additon to that, at level of secondary education, trainings on entrepreneurship could hardly be given. This general view shows us that entrepreneurship is a kind of privilige for those who can pariticipate in higher education or does not have any financial difficulties to make an investment. And it would not be wrong to say that this leads to the unfair competiton to come into the picture. It is observable that within the atmosphere of unfair competition the people, who are not graduated from university but from vocational secondary schools and have an occupation, are either not lean to make any investment or failed. In this regard, District National Educational Directorate decided to play an active role to promote entrepreneurship education at the level of secondary schools or other occupational trainings. In order to do that, District National Educational Directorate designed this project which includes the participation of the staffs in trainings, themed as enterepreneurship. Making this project more comprohensible was depended on to maximize the people to be educated. Therefore within the context of the project, a partnership has been established with three institution, Gölhisar Vocational Education Center, Gölhisar Vocational and Technical Education Center and Gülhisar Hem. They all consider the trainings on entrepreneurship as very important due to the fact that giving an occupational training is a common characteristics of this situation. Within the project, 2 people from the applicant institution and 10 from each of the 3 partner institutions will form the profile of the participants for two mobilities. The trainings wil be carried out in Latvia, Czech Republic. The duration and the contents of the trainings will be excatly same in two mobilites. The partner institutions will provide 5 participant for one and 5 for the other mobility in order to get sufficient benefit form the two mobilities. After these trainings, the participants will grasp the impotance of the concept and the necessity of an educatom on entrepreneurship. These participants are expected to be capable enough to observe the students entrepreneur ability and thus to be capable to adapting the curriculum to support these students' entrepreneurial aspect. In additon to that, this project enable the participants can add an European dimension into the trainings. Accordingly the participants will become more competent in training people to make them capable of in seeing opportunities and taking risk by the advance of an entrepreneurial spirit. It is also very imporatant that the official staff of District National Education Directorate to be surrounded with all of these competencies and skills since this institution is one the most important actors who are entitled in directing the educational system. With the activites of dissemination , the outputs of the project will be shared with other sections of the society. This will enable the diffusion of the project s' influence to a wider sphere and will serve the aim of developing the quality of education and resolving the problem of unemployment. The participants also will gain the advantages of getting to know another culture.
