Every human being should be able to live a healthy life. One of the important parts of healthy life is an adequate sexual health, which is in direct connection with the accessibility and quality of sexual education. The reality is that the negative impacts of inaccessibility and low quality of sexual education are seen even in Europe. The aim of "From Experts to Sexperts!" youth workers mobility project is to improve the accessibility and quality of sexual health provided to European youth. This is made possible through training youth workers of all ages (18+) from Estonia, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey and Slovakia in order to raise the quality and accessibility of sexual education for youth in mentioned countries. The international environment will ensure that different viewpoints of this problem will be discussed and dealt with.The participants will be youth workers who can implement acquired knowledge and skills in order to provide sexual education to youth in their local communities. Five participants from each country will gather in Estonia and take part in seminars, lectures, workshops, method exchanges, method creations and presentations during 6 activity days. Participants will share their existing knowledge and experience with each other, improve their skills regarding youth work and youth empowerment, acquire and develop methods for teaching sexual education and back it up with gained theoretical knowledge on the subject.This project will make sexual education more accessible for disadvantaged youth in mentioned countries, decrease the risky sexual behavior amongst young Europeans and improve the general health and happiness of European population.All of this is made possible by Erasmus+ programme and the organisers from Youth Europa in tight cooperation with volunteers from EstMSA.
