This project of individual mobility of the staff concern 1 teacher of Italian, the only one of the establishment. We are indeed convinced of the importance of training during the career of everyone. The teacher will share for two weeks the universe of a teacher of languages in Italy, with the aim of: - Confront the educational approaches (in particular the way of using the directives of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) - Confront with another pupils' environment - Develop partner's network in Italy - Develop the teaching of Italian in our region - Propose to the pupils training courses in Italy (school year 2014-2015) - Share the desire to open on the international stage with the teaching staff. The logistic aspect as well as the contacts with the partner school will be assured by Mrs Cassella who has already found a partner ready to welcome her and who will take care of the follow-up of the project. We hope to be able to make of this project a trump card in our international approach. The establishment has a solid experience in the domain (pupils' training courses abroad, foreigner pupils' reception, Comenius projects, Leonardo projects). This new project should allow our establishment to open to all the teaching staff new perspectives of training abroad.
