Three adults are planned to go as accompaniment, one from each of the partners of the National Consortium. These are professionals who work daily with young people participating in the project, at school, in training, but also in extra-curricular activities in the local community. The accompanying adult will acquire new knowledge, new technologies and ways of work organization in Portugal . There will be a transfer of good practice, the adoption of language and communication skills and mobility will affect the operation of the home institution and with fellow teachers .
