The overall objective of the project is to foster and develop the Quality Culture at all levels as: teaching, learning, research, administrative and student support services while taking in to account perspectives of internal and external university stakeholders. It aims to do this using expertise from EU countries and the EUA. The project will contribute on constantly improving quality in teaching, learning, research and student support with the aim to strengthen the role of the University of Prishtina to society and to assure comparability and accountability of UP. The specific objectives are: "The overall objective of the project is to foster and develop the Quality Culture at all levels as: teaching, learning, research, administrative and student support services while taking in to account perspectives of internal and external university stakeholdersIntroduction of new Quality Assurance aspects and components as developing specific guidelines for ensuring quality at doctoral studies and research.Closer cooperation with the labour market that will help UP to design study progams enabling graduates to fullfill labour market needs.Connection of QA with the provision of guidance and Counselling Services offered by students support service ""Link"", aiming to broaden the services provided by the student service center and introduction of new services to students with disabilities and special needs. Beyond that ""Link"" can become a model for the Western Balkan region in the area of students' guidance and counseling."
