Since the school's focus has been put on languages and it is eager to further expand this field, the continuing education of its language teachers is of absolute importance. An intense and constant contact with the culture and the characteristics of a foreign language is especially important when imparting language competence. The project aims at the continued education of language teachers whose lessons will benefit in methodological, linguistical, intellectual, didactic and communicative way and hence enrich foreign language learning at the institution. The training measures will include four highly motivated teachers of French, Spanish and English who have been teaching between 2-8 years. They can be characterised by their willingness to take part in further education and their interest in new didactic methods and approaches. The participants will attend four different courses for language teachers, which all include both a methodolocial and a linguistical aspect. The courses were chosen by the teachers themselves and are therefore matching the participants' requirements. The project will enable the teachers to gain professional experience and encourage the exchange of knowledge and ideas of different educators which will be shared with the collegues of the school by means of seminars and workshops. In addition, the development of networks between European pedagogues will increase the quality of the participants' lessons in particular and the school's language scope in general.
