To develop a center of excellence in a small rural secondary school isolated and to change practices, the project aimed at making students responsible . This was the first experience that had a related effect on the development of teamwork. The project pertained to an innovative action due to its interdisciplinary, multi category-specific and international design for our institution. To make students responsible management should take responsibility in educational choice. Four teachers and one principal educational adviser , engaged all together in this project reflected the willingness to take collective responsibility without partitioning skills . The plurality of partner countries (one participant from the Netherlands, one from Sweden, one from Germany and 2 from Spain), with very different educational systems , increased the contents of educational exchanges . In a first experiment, participants needed to create relationships, to figure out the reality of teaching conditions and education and to build the detailed project together. Classroom observation sessions, participation in committes of educational proposals and sharing daily convivial moments allowed grasping the conditions of our respective professional and personal life.
