Mobility projects provide participants with a direct experience in the enviroment of the European Union, in our case, the labor market, work practices and demanded skills. Schools and teachers are more aware of the needs and difficulties that students to enter the labor market.
All the institutes of the consortium agree that conducting practical training in another European country increases the participant's skills and expectations of entering the European labor market , and not only enriches them, but also impacts on the quality of teaching centers and the qualifications of teachers at local and regional level , and encourages active citizenship and European dimension. All this fits perfectly on the priorities for this action proposes Erasmus + program.
The project is designed for 18 students or recent graduates of average degree of professional families ' Administration and Management ' ( cycle of Administrative Management ) and 'Computers and Communications ' ( Cycle Microcomputer Systems and Networks ) .
The main objective of FEE is that the participants develop through training practices in companies in Italy and Portugal, the skills and abilities to complete , in a practical way , the skills acquired in their VET studies. The training period will have one month.
They will also develop other transferable skills such as language , knowledge of other working environments , entrepreneurship and digital skills what will facilite their integration into the European or national market by either self-employed or employed .
The needs addressed the project are very obvious. With this learning experience , participants will complete their curriculum, build on their skills , meet other working environments , transfer their learning to the work environment and improve their language skills . This will help them to increase their job prospects .
The consortium members undertake publicity among potential stakeholders , select participants, define the objectives of the training program , implement procedures for validation of skills acquired and conduct the evaluation of the project and, together with the host companies, made the training program according to the professional profile of each participant using ECVET . It is intended that training is personalized and help each participant improve key skills for employment in Europe.
All the participating institutions have extensive experience in training in their respective fields and extensive knowledge of the labor market . The participating organizations are knowledgeable about the importance of labor mobility in the European Market .
The province of Reggio Calabria and Agrupamento of Escolas Vilela coordinated by ALPE will select host companies , will tutelage participants and will be responsible for project logistics ( transportation, lodging , meals, etc. ); they also will organize cultural guided tours during the weekends.
