IES La Granja is located in the neighborhood of La Granja , throughout its history, the center has experienced a series of continuous transformations ,with a huge potential in human and social resources . As Educational Community we aim to provide training based on experience , exploiting the potential of existing resources which lead us towards change and innovation from a multidisciplinary perspective to achieve this purpose. This project has been adressed to VET learners and Staff , with the purpose of starting a lasting and sustainable cooperation with European organizations and creating a framework where there is an exchange of good practice , mutual enrichment , and validation of competences and qualifications , while enhancing the presence and European dimension of our center. There were 4 moviilities and the specialties were: Initial VET in auxiliary nursing care. Initial VET in Image Laboratory. Initial VET in gardening. Initial VET in pharmacy. The mobilities of teachers were expected be two in the art of 3D games and interactive devices , multimedia . During their stay , they would have a training period in a company. IES La Granja as applicant and sending organization has managed the project with the assistance of intermediary organizations which has organized the stay of participants and selected companies that match the participants´profile. We believe that with this project we started to create a European network where we can share best practices , improve and acquire innovative methods and learning processes.
