The Project consists on a stay training in companies of Aveiro (Portugal) and Tallin (Estonia) by 12 students of our intermediate Professional Training Professional of Management and Computers Studies. This practice is part of the FCT modules (Training in the workplace) for Vocational. This training in foreign businesses the students will have an excellent opportunity ir order to adquire a valuable work experience, expand their choices of Professional Development and increase its abilities related with their academic background. The main objective is that students put into practice in a real work setting the knowledge adquired in the educational institution and at the same time they improve their skills and competencies, as well to cope with these changes, to get better possibilities of success in the business world and on both the national and European Labour Market. In addition to increase their working life preparations it is intended to instill in them positive attitudes towards other ways of life and customs, as well as the communication in other Languages. Mobilities will be made in collaboration with EPA Aveiro and Tallinn Polytechnic School (with extensive experience in this kind of programmes and with an important portfolio of companies). We hope that this experience contributes to increase the amount of mobilities and create a special impact on our students living in a village, with few choices of Practice in businesses in the surrounding area. Making these practices outside their environment undoubtedly improves the productive market in the long run and it opens the possibility to our current students to settle as potential employers, for the advantage that can provide them a competitive differentiation.
