This project concern a bilateral cultural exchange putted into practice by two No-profit organizations: "WORLD NET" from the City of Tito (PZ) - Italy - and "MEGAS ALEXANDROS" from Prosotsani – Greece -. Every group is composed by 22 young. The age of the participant is between 15 and 25 years old and two tutors, one man and one woman. Guys engaged in the project are young student, young unemployed, young searching for a first job. The young more lucky of the two groups has got an unstable job. The two groups are going to be hosted in the City of Tito and the most of activities will be developed in the City of Tito and Potenza. The theme we are going to analyze is: the entrepreneur spirit and the entrepreneurship in relation to the opportunity of work given by culture, arts and the richness of our territory. The aim is to stimulate the entrepreneur spirit of the young. Thanking the un formal learning method the young participant can compare their own know how between them, Italian and Greek. The project will get a good impact also in the next months and specially in the area where it will be developed. In fact our aim is to train young people to develop an entrepreneur spirit in the sector of culture, giving them the opportunity to develop a new jobs. To doing all these activities young will focus their attention on the use of “English” as an official language of this exchange; also on the knowing of informatics instruments and software; on the knowing of social networks; on the valorisation of their abilities and of the territory where they lives. The activities that we will realize during the project are: meeting between working groups; evaluation activities during the project; plays and works of group; meeting with cultural exchange; meeting with local institution; work of group for results dissemination.
