‘Fix fix fix – Project mechanics In garage’ is an international meeting focused on exchanging experiences about difficult situations and possible solutions in project work. Main goal of the project is to encourage young coordinators and active citizens who are creating international youth projects through giving them our experience. We will also encourage ourselves and our partner organizations having opportunity to learn about new tools useful in hard project situations. 23 participants from 10 organizations are involved in meeting. They are international project coordinators, non formal education trainers and youth workers. We will meet together in Zamość to talk about most difficult situations we have had in project work. We will present solutions and we will also learn about other solutions from each other. We will publish book with results of our discussions. It will be distributed among active European citizens interested in creation of international projects in our local societies. We will also advertise possibilities of Erasmus+ programme, encourage local society to create their own projects and we will advertise smaller organizations from our region.
