"Find your Way" a long-term European Voluntary Service in Moldova. The service will last for one year and will involve one volunteer: Stefania Biagioni.The organizations involved in this project are Comune di Prato as sending and coordinating organization, ADVIT Moldova as hosting organization and Center for Contemporary Art, Chisinau KSA:K, ADVIT's partner, where the volunteer will work. ADVIT Moldova in cooperation with the partner Comune di Prato has a motivation and interest to offer young people from the local community but also youngsters from different countries a wide range of opportunities of intercultural experience. Both organisations wish to give more volunteers the chance to have an EVS experience and develop their competences and values connected to volunteering, solidarity and European citizenship.Objectives of the project and priorities: - promotion of engagement in the civil activity among young people, on both local and international level, promotion of tolerance, creating the opportunity to improve knowledge about other countries and cultures, broaden the local action. - developing art expression and awareness of European possibilities for local youngsters. - promote inclusion and different cultures acceptance throught art. Art expression will be the way throught wich the social inclusion will be reached, infact the volunteer will be in contact with local artists and will collaborate with them trying to involve more and more youngsters in art actvities and to interest them to art and culture, national and international. - Stefania will contribute to enrich the museum activity by giving a new, young and international point of view in order to better the projects developped by the museum and to create new ones. She will be strongly involved in promoting and communicate the value of art and culture among youngsters that are less and less interested in art field. - Spread the knowledge of Moldavia culture in Italy, to create a new transnational network of artists. -Being Comune di Prato, and in particular the youth department very active in the art field (Offcina Giovani - Cantieri culturali) this project will be an opportunity to establish a collaboration and an exchange of best practices throught Stefania's volunteering. Activities and methodologies- running and maintaining of KSA:K huge public library - Stefania after a period of training will be involved in the implementation of this activity;- informatizing KSA:K projects archive, artists’ portfolios the e-version - the museum is developping an the e-versiom that will be necesary to spread the knowledge of art in local society, at national and international level; Stefania will carry out this project supervised and accompanyed by atutor - digitalization, systematization of the KSA:K films&video collections;- assisting the artists/curators in residency in Chisinauas - thanks to this activity Stefania will create a network between our artists in Prato and those of the KSAK museum.This activity will be carried out by working in team and by keeping in touch with the sending organization and the art director of Cantieri Cullturali;- preparation and implementation of public events, to involve youngsters to take part to the cultural and artistic life of the town, to - working with computer & web based applications: sending out press releases, website updates, database updates;- photo / video recording of the events - to help in making events more visibles and to make the museum communication closer to youngsters. Stefania will have the chance to work on video project with the KSAK team learning technical aspects but also how to realize a video project.- volunteer will also be offered to implement his/her own project within KSA:K or suggest ideas for new projects and programs elaborated by KSA:K. -taking part and planning of Erasmus plus promotional events and workshops with ADVIT and create materials to contribute in spreading what Moldavia can offer as hosting country for an EVS and bout the experience in general- promote EVS in Prato by taking part to the creation of a Diary of EVS for the new version of Portale Giovani.RESULT AND IMPACT- To enlarge the number of youngsters who take part to the art activity of the museum and let them watch at art as a way to express themselves and an important aspect of their culture that has to be communicate abroad. To spread European values and to reach social inclusion throught. - To create an international network of young artists and volunteers- Create a partnership between Comune di Prato and KSAK museum to share best practices-spread the knowledge of Moldavia in Europe and open moldova citizens and youngsters to Europe;
